Bainbridge Village Hall has proudly stood in the community for many years. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Yorkshire Dales, it provides a warm, welcoming space for residents and visitors alike.
The hall is lovingly managed by a group of dedicated trustees who volunteer their time to ensure the building is maintained, improved, and available for generations to come.
Bainbridge Village Hall, formerly known as Bainbridge Temperance Hall, was built in 1910 by the Temperance Charity Commission. Regular meetings were held and the first meeting of Trustees was held on 6th January 1911 when officers were elected and a committee formed. The hall has been used by the Band of Hope and Bainbridge Brass Band. It is also used for lectures, meetings, sales, auctions, dances, concerts, suppers, and children's parties.
